Exercise Physiologist, MS, ACE
My passion is exercise! A life long athlete – skiing, softball, volleyball and any other sport that was in season – physical activity has always been important in my life. I have an MS in Clinical Exercise Physiology and worked in both the US and Canada primarily in cardiac and physical rehabilitation settings. I’ve been certified as a personal trainer for 10 years and Pilates that I’ve been practicing for 20 years.
I work one-on-one with clients who need special care whether coming out of a supervised cardiac rehab program or after discharge from physical therapy, to maintain the gains made during rehab and prevent re-injury. I also work with clients who have never exercised regularly or have taken time off from exercising and those who have “out-grown” the Boot Camp style of exercise, and are looking for challenge without getting hurt.
