Strength Training: This is a customized program to your specific needs. Ages 10- adult.
Speed, Quickness & Agility Training: The strength, speed, quickness and agility program is designed to
enhance performance and prevent injury in athletes of all sports.
Strength training and conditioning for competitive athletes has
dramatically changed. Athletes must focus on many aspects of the game in order to be
successful and healthy on the playing field.This program is designed to
improve straight ahead and lateral speed, balance, coordination, power,
explosiveness, strength, endurance, preconception and flexibility.
Athletes will be trained in the same positions that they will encounter
in the course of athletic competition. The drills will progress from
simple to complex and easy to hard. Inquire about our private or group
sessions. Ages 9 and up.
Sports Specific Training Sport Specific Training: Do you want to
improve your speed and put more power in your game? Then get the
competitive edge you need. Our athletic enhancement training programs
will focus on movements specific to your sport. Recommended for the
serious athlete. Inquire about our partner and team training programs.
For ages 9 and up.
Youth and Adult General Fitness Training. Total
body conditioning for all. 1 hour sessions. For ages 9 and up.
Boot Camp Classes. Group sessions - 1 hour/session. For ages 9 and up. Form your own class with your friends. Childhood Obesity Training
Sessions: If your child is over weight, please act
now! It is no secret that childhood obesity is a growing
worldwide epidemic. With rising awareness has come a growing desire to create
positive change, and our youth fitness professionals are in a powerful position
to help facilitate this change. The combination of eating healthy foods and
participating in an active fitness program will decrease the chances of life
threatening diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cancer and heart disease. Its all about movement and building self esteem. Private,
semi private and group training sessions available.
Our Equipment: We use professional HAMMER STRENGTH equipment. The world leader in strength training technologies. This equipment fetures balance and total body stabilization while simulating the same athletic movements that you perform on the playing field. This equipment is used by many collegiate and professional athletes. We also feature "Hammer Strength" and Life Fitness Pro Series Circuit Training, as well as Olympic Weight Training.
